Housing COVID-19 Information

Home |University Life |Housing |Residential Life

Beginning October 4 students living in Residential Life Housing will be required to do one of two things:

  • Show proof of vaccination OR
  • Participate in weekly COVID testing

COVID testing will be available on Tuesdays from 9 a.m - 3 p.m. in the old Carkoski Commons Dining Hall. The COVID tests offered on campus will be nasal swab tests and offered at no cost to students.

Symptoms

Residents who test positive or who are showing symptoms of COVID-19, should report those to a Residential Life Staff Member so that we can follow-up with the student.

Quarantine and Isolation

Residential Life is working in coordination with the Minnesota Department of Health for isolation and quarantine spaces.

Testing

Students can be tested for COVID-19 at Student Health Services by appointment only. This page also outlines community testing options available for residents.

Off Campus Meal Plans

Students living off campus who purchased a meal plan through Residential Life can still access their meal plan if quarantining or isolating, by notifying Residential Life.
