Fall Yoga for Faculty and Staff – FREE
This class will focus on building strength and flexibility, finding balance, and relaxation. Join registered yoga instructor, Jessica McLaughlin, Elizabeth Harsma, and Carly Hopper for an All-Levels Yoga Class offered from 12-1PM in PH 102 on the following Fridays.

- October: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th,
- November: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
- December: 6th, 13th
