Fix Outlook Email on iOS Devices After the December Transition of Office365

On or after December 19, you will need to delete and recreate your account in Outlook on your iOS (iPhone and iPad) devices.

Note: Illustrations and instructions may very depending on the version of the application you are using.

Set up Outlook on your iPhone or iPad with these steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook on your iOS device and open the collapsible menu.

Step 2: Find the Settings gear.

Step 3: Select your account.

Step 4: Choose Delete Account.

Step 5: Choose Delete.

Step 6: Choose Add Account.

Step 7: Enter your StarID email address:

  • Students:
  • Faculty and Staff:

Step 8: Enter your regular StarID password and then Sign in.

Step 9: Select Maybe Later.

Step 10: Select Skip.

Note: It may take a few hours to sync completely.
