Known Issues:

Update: Accessing department or group email addresses and calendars, i.e., <yourdepartment>@mnsu.edu.

This has been resolved for most users. Please contact the IT Solutions Center if you continue to experience difficulties accessing department or group email addresses and calendars.

If you do not see the shared mailbox or calendar, you can add it back into Outlook through your browser (MavMAIL) and/or Outlook:

IT Solutions is aware of an issue with accessing department or group email addresses and calendars, i.e., <yourdepartment>@mnsu.edu.

We will continue to update the status of the progress toward a resolution on this site. Please continue to check this site to view the resolution status.

Once the issue has been resolved, you can add your shared mailbox/calendar account back into Outlook through your browser (MavMAIL) and/or Outlook:

  1. Change your Default Address to mnsu.edu if you are registered at multiple institutions
