Service Alert: Wireless Network Access

University Wi-fi service currently Interrupted

Issue Start Time: Approximately 9 am, Monday, January 20, 2020. 

Current Status: Resolved
As of 1:30 pm, a change was implemented on the wireless network that has resolved the Wi-Fi problems experienced earlier today. Contact the IT Solutions Center if you experience any additional Wi-Fi issues. 


Service Alert: University Wi-Fi, including MavGuest, MavNet, MavNet-Encrypted, and eduroam networks are currently experiencing intermittent outages. Residential Life Wi-Fi and wired internet connections are functioning as normal.

Please be aware that this affects classroom wireless presentation connections (e.g., AirMedia and Via). Wired connections (e.g., HDMI) will continue to work to the classroom presentation systems.

Resolving this issue is our number one priority in IT Solutions, we are working with our vendor to resolve this as quickly as possible.
