Online Chat Now Live for Tech Help & Support
In-person support temporarily closed, new two way live chat launched
With COVID-19 rapidly changing our usual ways of doing things from our greater campus-wide shift to online learning to your daily routines at home, the IT Solutions Center is temporarily changing as well. We understand the need to continue to support your technology needs and have accelerated a project to support our campus community in these times.
With the closing of most campus buildings and social distancing, we have temporarily closed our in-person support but are still offering support via phone, email, online ticket submission and now, online two-way chat. What does that mean? With the closure of one option, comes another way to get the support you need. We will have a chatbox live on our website and available during our open business hours (see below). Staff will be working to answer your questions in real-time.
