Shared ServicesIT Solutions provides consolidated delivery of technology solutions for MinnState institutions seeking software solutions. We will provide MinnState institutions with the expertise to facilitate implementation, administrative, training, and configuration support for a variety of technology tools and platforms.
Minnesota State Mankato will provide the Clients implementation, administrative, and configuration support for current and new implementations of the Oracle, SalesForce, and Campus Management CRM tools. The Service Provider will work with Clients through their implementation projects alongside the appropriate vendor and provide ongoing support in partnership with local institutional stakeholders to ensure goals are met, and provide ongoing administrative duties outlined below. This service is intended to provide a partnership relationship between the Minnesota State Mankato and the Client institution to help ensure a robust and successful CRM implementation, utilization and value. Our intention is to provide administrative and consultation services in augmentation to local resources to help realize those goals together. Benefits Reduced Operational Costs: Leveraging shared resources eliminates the need to employ full-time staff in areas including administration, training, development and integration. Expertise: We will provide staff with in-depth training in the supported CRM platforms as well as related methodologies and frameworks. Personalized Training and Support: Compared to vendor services, shared resources possess a deeper familiarity with MinnState institutions allowing them to provide customized training and tailored support offerings.
Online orientation is a Software as a Service tool provided to MinnState institutions, hosted by Minnesota State University, Mankato. The orientation system will have customizable formatting adhering to the customer’s marketing standards with a playlist of slides that are unique to the customer university. A customized administrative content management system will also be included. New Service setup includes: Content setup Customized Orientation Design Content Management System Hosting Service includes: Dedicated URL for online orientation Dedicated server space Ongoing support Ongoing support and maintenance would include: System wide feature request Backlog items and bug fixes Support and troubleshooting
