Services Included
MNSU Mankato has taken over all Licence costs, maintenance cost, and Management of Licenses. With the exception of new scanner purchases. MinnState Colleges will be billed 1 time per year, with 2 line Items: Hosting and Licensing. Billing is based on Student Head Count and Student FTE numbers. Individual department bill back for MSU is done on Scanner Count, and Number of users setup in the system.

Standard Maintenance Windows
Routine maintenance will be performed between the hours of 6am and 10am on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Colleges will be notified of updates.

Standard Service Level Agreement:
Response and resolution times for services are determined by the priority your request is given when it is received. This priority is determined by considering the scope, visibility, and operational impact of your request along with the urgency.

  • Normal Priority:
    • Time to Initial Response - 1 business day
    • Time to Resolution - 5 business days
  • Important Priority:
    • Time to Initial Response - 1 business day
    • Time to Resolution - 3 business days
  • Critical Priority:
    • Time to Initial Response - 4 hours
    • Time to Resolution - 1 business day
