IT Solutions is grateful for the help and effort of our many student workers. We’d like to take a moment to recognize graduating seniors on our team, their accomplishments, and their dedication to our team. Congratulations, Spring 2021 graduates! #MavGrad2021

Lindsey Bergin

Lindsey is from Lino Lakes, Minnesota, and it has been her second year working as a Graduate Research Assistant in Instructional Design. Her degree is Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Lindsey’s favorite part of her job is learning something new by talking to professors from departments outside of her field.

“We are all constantly learning and growing. Learning and growing is more rewarding when we do it together.”

Lindsey would love to move somewhere with excellent food and hiking where she could enjoy spending time with her partner and fur family. She is interested in company culture, employee selection, bringing support to employees through change, and improving workplace wellness. After graduation, Lindsey would like to land a consulting job.

Brady Haller

Brady is from Burnsville, Minnesota and has been a Marketing Coordinator at the Campus Computer Store since October 2020. He is majoring in Marketing and Business Management. Brady’s favorite part of the job is talking about new tech tools with students and faculty, and he gets excited to discuss it with others.

“Working at the Campus Computer Store has taught me that one of the key points of any job is communication. Even if you're not directly working with others, reaching out to your team is equally important as the work itself.”

After graduation, Brady plans to move back to the cities and search for career opportunities in marketing.

Shrasta Koirala

Shrasta is from Nepal and has been working as a Student Security Consultant and Student Lead Consultant for three and a half years. Her major is Management Information Systems. Shrasta’s favorite part of the job is being able to give back to the campus community by providing technical assistance to staff, faculty, emeriti, and alumni, while experiencing self-growth.

“IT Solutions has taught me that there is always something that you can learn every day from everyone you meet.”

After graduation, Shrasta plans to start a full-time position as a cybersecurity engineer at Cummins, Inc.

Shraddha Manandhar

Shraddha is from Nepal and has been working for IT Solutions as a Lead Student Consultant and D2L Support since 2018. She is an undergraduate majoring in Management Information Systems. Shraddha’s favorite part of the job is that she gets to help people. Working at IT Solutions with mentors, she gained a lot of friends and professional experience that helped her grow and develop a new set of skills.

“The diversity in the workplace has given me exposure to having wonderful friends. I enhanced my communication, time-management, leadership, teamwork, and more skills while working at ITS. Go MAVS!”

After graduation, Shraddha plans to continue her academic path here at Minnesota State University, Mankato by joining the master's program. She is looking forward to continuing to be a part of the D2L Brightspace team and working with IT Solutions.
