If you need IT assistance, please follow the steps below to submit a ticket. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email and one of our analysts can help you during our business hours.

    • Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the academic year

    • Location: CSU 13 (lower level, Centennial Student Union)
    • Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. during the academic year
