StarID Works for Some Items, but Not Everything

I can log into my D2L and e-services, but I can't log into vpn.mnsu.edu or MavMAIL. What can I do to fix that?

  1. Attempt to log into d2l.mnsu.edu.
    • If this doesn't work, reset your password using knowledge article:  .
    • If the password reset doesn't work please contact our IT Solutions Center.
  • If this works go to the next step.

2.  Attempt to log into http://mavmail.mnsu.edu.

3.  Attempt to log into http://vpn.mnsu.edu.

4.  If you can't log into the last two URLs then your password might not be synchronized with our system. 

    • If none of the steps above worked please contact our IT Solutions Center.
