  1. Begin by creating a calendar for publishing.


  1. When your calendar is created, click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. In the settings section click on “View all Outlook settings”. This should open the Settings window.


  1. In the “Settings” window, select “Calendar” and then “Shared calendars”.



  1. In the “Publish a calendar” section, choose the calendar that you want to publish from the drop down list, choose the appropriate permissions setting, and then click on the “Publish” button.


  1. Links should now have been created for your published calendar.


  1. To link to a web view of the calendar use the HTML link. To make your calendar downloadable use the ICS link.
