Open a shared calendar in Outlook on Windows

Someone shared their calendar with me. How do I access it from Outlook? How do I open someone's calendar in Outlook?

If you need someone to provide you access to their calendar please provide them the knowledge article .

  1. Navigate to your calendar.
  2. Right-click on My Calendars.

  3. Move your mouse over Add Calendar and then select Open Shared Calendar....

  4. Click on Names....

  5. Locate the person you are looking for and select their name.
  6. Then click on OK.

  7. Click on OK.

  8. The calendar should now be visible on the left side navigation under My Calendars.
