Office 365 Mail Signature

How do I change or add a signature for my e-mails in Office 365?

To create your signature within the Web-Client for Office 365, please use the following instructions.

  1. Once logged into MavMAIL, click on the gear icon.


  1. Search Email Signature.
  2. Select Email Signature.
  3. Enter your desired email signature, then click ok. 
    Note: If you would like Outlook Web App to automatically include your signature on any emails you send, click Automatically include my signature on messages I send.
