FlexSync Classroom: Camera or view is frozen for Zoom participants

How do I fix a frozen camera or view for Zoom participants in a FlexSync Classroom?

In the technology rack at the teachers station find the "Vaddio" box. This technology rack is on the teaching side of the station, and might or might not be behind a door. The door to the technology rack should not be locked.


On the “Vaddio” box, press the red lighted reset button.



The camera and microphone will reset, so Zoom users won’t be able to see or hear from the classroom for about 35 seconds or so during the reset process.
