FlexSync Classroom: Camera or View Froze for Zoom Participants

How do I fix a frozen camera or view for Zoom participants in a FlexSync Classroom?

  1. In the technology rack at the teachers’ station, find the Vaddio Box. This technology rack is on the teaching side of the station and might or might not be behind a door. The door to the technology rack should not be locked.

 

  1. Press the red lighted reset button on the Vaddio Box.

 

 

  1. The camera and microphone will reset, so Zoom users will not be able to see or hear from the classroom for about 35 seconds or so during the reset process.
