Tech trouble? IT Solutions has you covered. Find your options here, all are free! When you contact the IT Solutions Center, they will ask for your Minnesota State Mankato StarID so they can track the incident and respond to you using your campus contact information.

Summer Business Hours

Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

ITS Kiosk Hours

Located on the 1st floor of Wigley between the Cashier's window and the Campus Hub in the Centennial Student Union.

Please visit the IT Solutions Center in the ACC (Wissink Hall) for in-person technology support during the summer.

MavMAIL is the official communication method for Minnesota State University, Mankato. Login to MavMail or find self-help and set-up articles here. MavMail is part of the Office 365 suite.


MavPRINT provides students use of over 50 printers at various locations throughout campus.


The StarID is a username for use at all the institutions within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
