What company do you intern for and what is your job title?

I work for Coloplast, in the ostomy, continence, interventional urology, wound, and skincare products department in the role of a Quality Control Lab Tech.

What is one important skill you learned during your internship?

One of the many key skills I have learned through this internship is integrity. In integrity, you are showing consistency and uncompromising tenacity to strong moral and ethical principles and values in your work area. This skill allows your employers to value your traits, trust what you do, and consider you responsible. Especially in my field where you have to be very accurate and careful, it's critical to have integrity.

If you could choose your dream job, what would it be?

Yes, this opportunity certainly has me excited about a career in the field! It has prepared me to carry out the sort of work that is required of me and understand what the practical world looks like. I feel excited to take a step closer to my future endeavors!

If you could choose your dream job, what would it be?

Throughout my journey in MNSU, I have been fascinated about closely studying the chemical processes within living organisms. In doing so, creating medication for diseases caused by hormonal disorders has been a driving passion of mine. Completing my degree in Biochemistry allows me to gather the knowledge I need for my dream job of becoming a pharmaceutical scientist.

What is the best tip you can offer other international students trying to secure an internship?

Don't stop trying! There is a company out there in need of someone like you.
