MANKATO, Minn. - The Minnesota River Valley Wind Ensemble (MNRVWE) will perform on Sunday, Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. in the Elias J. Halling Recital Hall of the Earley Center for Performing Arts, 320 Maywood Ave.

The ensemble is a semi-professional group comprised of faculty, community members, music teachers, music students, and professional musicians. The group’s conductor, Amy Roisum-Foley, says, “It is a very diverse program that blends core wind band works with new works.” Roisum continued, “We are in our 17th season and are thrilled about the opportunity to perform challenging music with a group of very talented musicians.”

Minnesota State Mankato students are admitted free with a valid MavCARD. General admission is $9 and $7 for students (K-12) and children. Those who wish to purchase tickets online should go to www.mnsu.edu/music/events or call the Performance Series office, (507) 389-5549.
