March 28: Country Singer, Songwriter Chris Lane Concert

Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Student Events Team announced that pop country artist Chris Lane will perform in concert at Minnesota State University, Mankato on Thursday, March 28 in the Taylor Center’s Bresnan Arena. Country singer Tyler Rich is the concert’s opening act. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.

The concert is for all ages, and tickets are on sale now at www.mnsuevents.com or in person at Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Activities front desk, located in Centennial Student Union, Room 173.

Ticket prices are $15 for Minnesota State Mankato students and $25 for the general public. Free event parking will be available in Lots 20 and 21, which are located adjacent to Blakeslee Stadium on campus.

According to a provided bio, Lane has toured with many country superstars, including Florida Georgia Line, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Lane has surpassed 840 million career streams. His sophomore album (Big Loud Records) is available now on all digital platforms after debuting at No. 1 on the iTunes Top Country Albums chart and Top 10 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.

Minnesota State Mankato’s Student Events Team and radio station Minnesota 93 are sponsoring the concert.

Student Events Team is a student-led organization that produces fun, interactive, educational events where students make lifelong memories and celebrate their Maverick pride.
