Just Another Dam Bike Ride

Join us for a 3 hour round-trip bike ride from the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus to Rapidan, MN to enjoy a slice of pie at the Rapidan Dam Store!
The trip is being offered through the Office of Campus Recreation & Maverick Adventures Outdoor Programs.
Join us on a Maverick Adventures Outdoor Program (Through the Office of Campus Recreation) for a Fall bike ride!
We will be leaving campus at 10AM, traveling to Rapidan, MN via road and bike trail, and returning the same day to campus. Rapidan is home to the Rapidan Dam Store, which is well known for their Pie selection. We will enjoy a piece of pie (included in the cost of registration).
The trip is 24 miles round-trip, with some hills, however we plan a leisurely pace. The trip will take around 3 hours in total from start to finish.
Our office has 15 bikes which are available to students who do not have their own bikes. Later in the registration you will be able to request a bike (first come, first serve basis).
This trip is only open to current Minnesota State Mankato Students, Faculty and Staff. As we work to expand our programming options into the Outdoor Recreation realm, we are doing outdoor programming with only Minnesota State Mankato Students, however we hope to have similar offerings in the future for students as well as community members.
